Yet another CO (Commrade)

Commrade was once an infantryman, nothing more, nothing less. One day,
Blue Moon launched a surprise attack aganst Grey Sky. Commrade had managed to
defend the capital for an amazing thirteen days, with nothing more than ninteen
other infantry. (By ninteen, I mean 4 infantry units, each in groups of five) His skills were noticed,
and was promoted to a CO. Commrade is best at defense, being able to hold out aganst impossible odds.
(Well, almost...) His units get 100/110 d2d, and whenever his units use machine guns, they are 10% more
powerful.

COP: Reload
All of Commrade's units get fully replenished fuel and ammo, and get 110/120.

SCOP: Hold Out
Same as his COP, except that all units now get 130/180, and all his units gain 1 HP
for every comtower he has.

Looks like: An infantryman, with a flak jacket, an RPG on his back, and he's holding a large
machine gun. (Like the one Sami had in AW1) He's also wearing goggles.

Kanbei: 120% (He's really impressed with the way he trains his troops)

The scop is way over powered since it makes him pratcically invincible for one turn (dont forget the usual 10/10 added when you do a cop) and the ability to stop capture could be considered pretty game breaking.

Actually I thought the SCOP was a little expensive. Stopping captures is only useful early in the game, and with 9 stars, he won't be SCOPing until very late. Having basically invincible units is quite nice, but I don't know if it's 9 stars-nice. Also, his COP is essentially useless as well. Dunno, I doubt he'd do that well against most current mid-tier COs.

Nope, because there's nothing wrong with having a mediocre CO.

Since his name is Commrade, let's give him a power if he has comm towers. How about healing his units 1 hp faster per tower?
